Nissan GT-R Running 2.8/2.9 Second 0-60 w/ Drag Launch Control
Posted by Adron in The Driving Drivers on January 26, 2011
The GT-R continues to smash records. 2.8/2.9 zero to 60. That effectively makes this car faster from 0-60 than a Bughatti Veyron. On Top Gear the GT-R was only 1.8 seconds slower than the Veyron on the time attack of the track.
For a car that is well less than 100k, that makes the Veyron look like a stupidly sick waste of 1.7 Million Dollars. Considering for another 20-40k, (still well less than 160k) you could probably dominate the Veyron with this car in every measure except top speed – that one the Veyron “might” be able to keep.

News Flash – The United States of America is NOT a Democracy – Never has Been
Posted by Adron in hard reality on January 4, 2011
The US has never been, never will be, and as the founding fathers pointed out should not even play with the idea of a democracy. The US is a Republic, plain and simple. Always has been, probably won’t be too much longer, if one can consider it that now.
